Multi-dimensional premium art space Artelli and local creative ensemble Tasteractive are collaborating to present “The Taste Sensorial Adventure” in the art space, which is located at City of Dreams (COD) in Cotai, according to a recent statement from the gallery.
The statement noted that Artelli, a flagship project under Forward Fashion Holdings that opened in late 2022, has collaborated with several international artists, with key collaborations such as Japanese artist Satoru KOIZUMI’s Disney Collection exhibition debut in Macau and Taipei, and Japanese contemporary artist Takeru Amano’s “Attack of Clone Venus” Macau debut.
The works are currently displayed in the art space, along with the most recent edition “Children of this Planet” by Japanese contemporary artist Hikari Shimoda, which runs until June 20.
During “The Taste Sensorial Adventure”, visitors will be led by Artelli’s art ambassador on a journey into the artist’s world, the statement said, and will be offered culinary delights made by the Tasteractive team inspired by the artworks. The statement added that the experience also engages all five senses.
Forward Fashion Holdings and Artelli Chief Innovation Officer Linwood Lin was quoted in the statement as saying “Artelli Macau collaborates with Tasteractive to present ‘Art x Gastronomy’, aiming to bring a fresh experience and explore the possibilities of “Art+”.
Meanwhile, culinary artist and Tasteractive founder Maggie Chiang (鄭綺雯) was quoted as saying: “Art galleries seldom provide opportunities to incorporate taste and smell. It is a great honour for me to collaborate with Artelli, bringing a unique and refreshing limited-time experience to everyone.”
Artelli is open from every day from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. For more information, visit https://www.artelli-meta.com/
