The generous portion of barbeque spare ribs with a tinge of spice has been getting rave reviews amongst local foodies ever since Naughty Nuri’s opened about six months ago and bookings for dinner over the weekends must be made up to two weeks in advance.
If you think barbeque spare ribs are so American, Naughty Nuri’s is actually a restaurant originating from Bali, Indonesia, therefore you’ll also see Indonesian fried rice (Nasi Goreng) and satay dishes on the menu.
While most of Indonesia population are Muslims and are forbidden to eat pork, most Balinese follows Hinduism where pork is allowed, therefore there are a choice of American-Balinese pork dishes at Naughty Nuri’s.
