For those who like it hot, Beijing Kitchen has some “outrageously hot” food for diners to push their taste buds to the limit.
Grand Hyatt’s Beijing Kitchen is currently serving a season’s special spicy food menu that features regional specialities from Chengdu, Chongqing and Wuhan where diners can choose the level of spiciness – mild to medium to outrageously hot – when they order their dish.
These dishes include poached beef ripe and eel, poached shrimp skewer or deep fried bullfrog.
