The Cultural Affairs Bureau (IC) said in a statement yesterday that three local bands are slated to perform evening gigs at Lai Chi Vun Shipyards - Plots X11-X15 in Coloane tomorrow between 4 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.
The featured bands for the free-admission events are Catalyser, GIMME5 and Single Path, with the upcoming performances following in the footsteps of the “lively and poetic melodies” gig in August, according to the statement. Evening concerts at the shipyards are set to be held in the second half of each month from July until November.
The statement said that shuttle buses will be available for members of the public tomorrow. The buses in Macau depart from Rua do Dr Pedro José Lobo at 2 p.m., 3 p.m. and 4 p.m. and return at 6 p.m. and 7 p.m.
In Taipa, the buses depart from Nova City at 2:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. and return at 6 p.m., the statement added.
Meanwhile, the Lai Chi Vun Shipyards – Plot X11 exhibition space is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., while Lai Chi Vun Shipyards – Plots X12-X15 are open all day, the statement said. The “Busking Point” in the shipyard area will be closed during evening concert dates.
