Tickets for 70th Macau Grand Prix now available

Tickets for the 70th Macau Grand Prix, which is slated to be held on November 11-12 and November 16-19, are now available for purchase through various ticket distribution platforms, according to a recent statement from the Macau Grand Prix Organising Committee.

The statement noted that the motor-racing event will comprise 11 races across two weekends, with highlights including Macau Formula 3 Grand Prix – FIA Formula 3 World Cup, Macau GT Cup – FIA GT World Cup, Macau Guia Race – the final stop of the TCR World Tour, and the Macau Motorcycle Grand Prix – the 55th Edition.

A total of 17 sales points have been set up in Macau, Hong Kong and the mainland, with more details available on www.macau.grandprix.gov.mo , the statement added. Purchases can also be made online, by telephone, email and mobile apps sales channels.

Members of the public can also make reservations through the MacauTicket network at www.macauticket.com or via email and by phone, the statement said.

There will also be manned ticketing counter services during the event, along with self-service ticket dispensing machines.

Tickets for November 11, November 16 and November 17 are priced at 100 patacas, while prices for November 12, November 18 and November 19 range from 400 patacas to 1,000 patacas, according to the statement.

Up to 20 tickets can be bought at a time by each person, and tickets must be purchased for those over two years-old, according to the statement. Macau student ID card holders can get a discount, with each student limited to one daily discounted ticket.

A ticketing partnership scheme has been launched with local and overseas tourism associations, travel agencies, airlines and online travel platforms to jointly promote packages combining Grand Prix tickets with air tickets, ferry tickets and accommodation, the statement noted.
