Chief Executive Ho Iat Seng will deliver his 2024 Policy Address on Tuesday, November 14, at the Legislative Assembly.
Macau’s fiscal year is on a calendar-year basis.
The session will start at 3 p.m. It will be followed by a press conference at Government Headquarters slated to begin at 5.30 p.m., when Ho will answer questions from the press.
On November 13, starting at 3 p.m., Ho will attend a Q&A session in the legislature’s hemicycle to answer lawmakers’ questions about the policy address.
The public can watch and listen to the policy address and press conference, as well as the following day’s Q&A session, via live programmes on the TV and radio channels of public broadcaster TDM.

The government’s five policy secretaries and their subordinates will present their 2024 policy guidelines to the legislature on the following dates:
Secretary for Administration and Justice: November 20;
Secretary for Economy and Finance: November 22;
Secretary for Security: November 24;
Secretary for Social Affairs and Culture: November 27, and;
Secretary for Transport and Public Works: November 29.
