The demolition of an over 100-year-old building on the Instituto Salesiano campus and the school’s expansion are slated to begin next year, the school’s alumni association announced yesterday
Instituto Salesiano is a Roman-Catholic school founded in 1906. The total size of the campus is 8,008 square metres covering several buildings including the over 100-year-old edifice.
The building, which serves as a primary school, will be demolished and the school will erect a new one in its place, according to Johnny Au Ka Fai, the vice-president of the association.
