Secretary for Transport and Public Works Raimundo do Rosario said in the legislature yesterday that the increase in the number of registered motor vehicles was expected to be less than one percent this year.
Rosario made the remarks on the first of a two-day Q&A session about his portfolio’s policy guidelines for next year.
The 2017 policy address proposes that the annual growth rate of vehicles should not exceed 3.5 percent.
