Macau’s second Don Don Donki store is slated to open at Studio City in Cotai on Friday, with the new outlet set to be larger than the one on Rua Sul do Patane.
Located on the first floor of Studio City, a statement from integrated resort (IR) operator Melco Resorts & Entertainment last Friday noted that the Japanese store measures at over 30,000 square feet (2,787 square metres).
The new store will feature different products, and include Macau’s first “Yasuda Seimai” outlet, which is set to offer in-store ground Japanese rice, made-to-order rice balls and bento boxes, according to the statement. Another first is the “SEN SEN SUSHI” restaurant, which comprises 82 seats and five private rooms, the statement said.
After opening, the Studio City branch will operate from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. from Sundays to Thursdays, and 10 a.m. to midnight on Fridays and Saturdays. SEN SEN SUSHI, meanwhile, will operate from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sundays-Saturdays.
