A survey released yesterday shows that young locals do not get enough sleep – 6.95 hours per day on average. Sheng Kung Hui (SKH) Macau, which carried out the survey, said that young people in the city have to get more sleep.
The survey, called Macau Youth Indicators, has been commissioned by the Education and Youth Affairs Bureau (DSEJ) and carried out every two years since 2008 by SKH Macau.
