One of the most well-known Macanese restaurants, Flamingo, has re-opened at Regency Art Hotel and Chef Marco Chan Pou Meng is bringing back the classic flavours using the original recipes.

The return marks the 30th anniversary of Flamingo, which is famous for its African Chicken, Curry Crab and Duck Rice among others.

Chan said knowing many old customers would be dining at the restaurant for a nostalgic experience and to reminisce over the flavours they used to know, he has spoken to many chefs who previously worked at the restaurant and old customers to bring back the original recipes for the Macanese dishes at Flamingo.
