Construction of two subsidised home-ownership scheme (HOS) estates in Zone A has been completed, the first two public housing projects that have been completed there.
The Public Works Bureau (DSOP) announced on its website yesterday that the HOS project on plot B9 has been completed, after the bureau announced last week that the HOS project on plot B10 had been completed.
One more HOS project in Zone A is slated to be completed later this year, the HOS project on plot B4 which is now scheduled to be completed in September, according to the DSOP website.
The B4, B9 and B10 HOS projects providing a total of 3,017 flats are the ones in the government’s HOS application round launched in 2019.
Various other HOS projects are being carried in Zone A, which are scheduled to be completed in the next few years.
These two handout photos downloaded from the Public Works Bureau’s (DSOP) website yesterday show the completed B9 (left) and B10 HOS estates in Zone A. The two estates will provide 642 flats and 800 flats respectively. Another HOS project on plot B4 slated to be completed later this year will provide 1,575 flats. The three HOS estates will provide 3,017 flats in total.
