Macau’s weather has been as unpredictable as it can be over the past few weeks.

There have been days where glimpses of sunlight would finally start to seep through dark clouds after a full day of heavy rain, perhaps signifying that the downpour is over. But within mere minutes of letting your guard down, you might find that the sky was only winding up to bring something much worse.

Clear and sunny days are no better as heavy rain just might come out of the blue, leaving all those who thought to enjoy a day out in the sun suddenly finding themselves running for cover, where some might be stranded for who knows how long.

The heat, meanwhile, seemingly gets worse with each passing day.

Despite the annoyances that this unpredictability can bring, whether it is heavy rain, harsh sunlight or sweltering heat, there is always something to see in Macau’s various districts. How does the city look under dark clouds, heavy rain and harsh sunlight?

In this edition of The Young Post, readers will be able to look at some recently taken photos of people and places in different parts of Macau under starkly different weather conditions.
