The promotional activities “Meet-the-MICAF” elves sessions and “MICAF,MICAF where are you?” stamp collection activity, along with performances, are scheduled to take place this month as part of the 1st Macao International Children’s Arts Festival (MICAF), according to a recent statement from the festival organiser, the Cultural Affairs Bureau (IC).
“MICAF, MICAF where are you” is on until September 1. The IC statement noted that members of the public can get a stamp card from the Macau Cultural Centre (CCM), the Macao Museum of Art (MAM) or Cinematheque•Passion.
Stamps can be collected from CCM, Macao Cultural Central Plaza, MAM and Cinematheque•Passion. Upon collecting stamps from three of the collection points, the statement pointed out, one can redeem them at CCM or MAM’s reception counter for a souvenir.
Moreover, the statement said, the “MICAF elves” will make their appearance at the Temporary Leisure Area in Doca do Lam Mau in Fai Chi Kei on August 10 and 11, Taipa Central Park on August 16 and 17, as well as Flower City in Taipa on August 18, while “Meet-the-MICAF elves sessions” will be held at 3:30 p.m. during the dates.
Souvenirs will also be on sale to celebrate the “birth of the MICAF elves” at the venues and meet-and-greet sessions, according to the statement.
