The Statistics and Census Bureau (DSEC) has reported this week that the overall residential property price index for March-May 2024 decreased by 0.9 percent over the February-April period to 219.9.
Analyzed by age of building, the indices for residential units of buildings of most age categories decreased, except the index for those five years old or less, which recorded a rise of 3.9 percent, according to the DSEC.
The statistics service also noticed that compared with March-May 2023, the overall residential property price index decreased by 12.5 percent. – Xinhua
