A car and a mini-coach collided in Coloane yesterday, resulting in five men and four women being admitted to the public Conde de São Januário Hospital Centre with multiple injuries.
The accident happened in Rua das Acácias Rubras, according to a statement by the Fire Services Bureau (CB), at about 5 p.m. yesterday, when a local male driver was suspected of failing to give way crashed into a mini-coach. The CB statement noted that both local male drivers passed a breathalyser, adding that the nine victims, comprising local residents and South Korean passport holders aged between 20 and 70, remained conscious upon arrival in the hospital.
