The “17 Art Languages” exhibition is currently being held on the top floor of 10 Fantasia Gallery, showcasing the artistic expressions of 17 master’s degree graduates from Huaqiao University’s School of Fine Arts*.

The exhibition, which runs until March 29, aims to explore the complex emotions and their understandings of life through art, according to the statement.

The exhibition officially opened on March 8. It highlights a variety of styles and themes, with each artist contributing unique perspectives shaped by their experiences. Through this collective showcase, the artists use art as a language to convey their feelings and reflections, emphasising that “art originates from life, and life is integrated into art”, the statement said.

The statement also noted that the exhibition highlights the importance of cultural exchange, stating that it features works that reflect “both local Macau heritage and the fusion of Eastern and Western artistic influences”. Each piece serves as a testament to the artists’ journeys, showcasing their “exploration of artistic language and the imprints of their life experiences”, the statement added.

The venue is located in Calçada da Igreja de S. Lázaro (瘋堂斜巷). Exhibitiongoers may find the exhibits at 10 Fantasia gallery’s rooms C01 and C02. Free admission is available daily from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., except on Mondays.
