SJM Resorts announced in a statement on Wednesday the return of its “GET ON STAGE SHOW” series at Mesa Bar at Grand Lisboa Palace (GLP) in Cotai, with the event taking place tonight and tomorrow night.
The statement emphasised that this edition, themed “The Art of Omakase* and Cocktail Masterpieces,” will feature well-known bartenders from Hong Kong collaborating with SJM’s Master Mixologist.
According to the statement, six renowned mixologists from Hong Kong will join Frederick Ma, SJM’s Resort Master Mixologist and the 2024 World Bartender of the Year. Together, to present two exclusive cocktail menus, including a set of four omakase-style cocktails with snacks for 588 patacas, and à la carte cocktails priced at 128 patacas each.
The statement underlined that the mixologists participating today include Ray Mak, co-owner of Small l; Kosa Law, co-founder of ohm…Café and Bar; and Piko Wong, bar manager of Library Restaurant and Bar’, as well as Frederick Ma. Tomorrow, guests can enjoy creations from Imelda Ng, bar & beverage manager of Plaza Premium Group Hong Kong; Nicholas Law, co-founder of N.I.P Gin, Hong Kong; and Alvin Lam, founder of Courser of Woodland, with Frederick Ma also participating.
The statement highlighted that the “GET ON STAGE SHOW” aims to “reimagine cocktail culture” in Macau, following its successful debut last month. The series will continue to showcase international mixology talents monthly through December, enhancing Macau’s reputation as a hub for innovative cocktail experiences.
