Ho said the victim called the police at about 5 p.m. yesterday that he had lost a black bag with HK$2 million in it in Rua Francisco H. Fernandes in Nape.
According to Ho, the victim told the police officers when they arrived at the scene that he withdrew the money from his bank account in Tai Fung Bank in Alameda Dr. Carlos d’ Assumpçao at 4:20 p.m. yesterday. The victim then put the bag with the money in it on the front passenger seat of his car and drove off.
