Backed by the New Macau Gaming Workers’ Rights Union, seven former dealers who claim to have been “unreasonably” dismissed, complained to the Labour Affairs Bureau (DSAL) yesterday.
The seven ex-croupiers wore facemasks and sun glasses.
High-profile labour activist Cloee Chao Sao Fong, who heads the union, told reporters outside the bureau that her group had received complaints from over 20 ex-dealers about a local casino, claiming they had been forced to resign or were “unreasonably” fired.
