The first official franchised products shop for the “15th National Games and National Special Olympics for Persons with Disabilities” opens on a trial basis at Tap Seac Multisport Pavilion today, according to a statement from the local preparatory office for the event yesterday.
The shop features mascot-themed products and immersive photo zones, inviting residents and tourists alike to experience the vibrant atmosphere of the Games ahead of their launch, according to the statement.
The statement added that the shop for the 15th National Games, the 12th National Games for Persons with Disabilities, and the 9th National Special Olympics will operate daily from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., serving as the Games’ main merchandise outlet in Macau.
The statement added that the shop will offer a wide range of official franchised merchandise featuring the event’s mascots “Xiyangyang” (“Joyful”) and “Lerongrong” (“Happy Harmony”), including plush toys, commemorative badges, crafts, and lifestyle items. The venue also includes themed photo installations designed to immerse visitors in the festive spirit of the games.
This Saturday a ceremony will be held to mark the 100-day countdown to the opening of the National Gams and to celebrate the shop’s official launch.
