UM Vice Rector Rui Martins said in a speech that “internationalisation is at the core of UM’s development strategy,” noting the university’s efforts to attract international students, expand global partnerships, and provide opportunities for exchange.
The statement added that Martins encouraged students to take advantage of these programmes, adding that UM is not only a place for learning but also a platform for cultural dialogue.
