Officials brief ‘interested public’ on legislative elections

The Legislative Assembly Electoral Affairs Committee (CAEAL) and Commission Against Corruption (CCAC) jointly held a briefing yesterday for members of the public with a special interest in the upcoming poll, at the Macau Science Centre in Nape.

Participants in the briefing had to register in advance.

The direct and indirect legislative elections will take place on September 17. According to a statement by the Government Information Bureau (GCS) yesterday evening, over 210 people attended yesterday’s briefing.
