Lisboeta Macau recently held an award ceremony in recognition of staff’s work performance in professional skills, service quality, teamwork and work attitude, the Macau-themed tourist destination said in a statement last week.
“The Best Team Member of the Fourth Quarter of 2025” took place on January 30, with the statement noting that awardees from various departments were recognised for their dedication and performance, standing out as an inspiration and positive influence for the entire team and “fully reflecting Lisboeta Macau’s corporate culture of talent development and the pursuit of excellence.
The awards were presented by Lisboeta Macau Chief Operating Officer James Wong (黃水和) and Willie Tay, general manager of Hotel Operations of Lisboeta Macau.
“As the New Year begins, Lisboeta Macau will further improve talent development framework through the diverse vocational training programmes, fostering the positive and supportive working environment, continue to create the stable and encouraging workplace for the growth of team members”, according to the statement.
