The five-star Four Seasons Hotel Macao has recently unveiled its “Awakening March” culinary and wellness campaign to welcome the spring.
Among the hotel’s highlights for the campaign are an eight-week seasonal menu at the Michelin-starred Zi Yat Heen, celebrating the “freshest ingredients of the season”, according to a statement by the hotel on Thursday.
Steamed garoupa with ham and caviar, sautéed clams with asparagus and black truffle, and crispy chicken with black truffle are among the delicacies on offer, with each dish featured spotlighting the season’s natural flavours, the statement said.
Other signature restaurants will unveil a series of culinary highlights, the statement said, while a guest chef collaboration “A Tale of Two Cities” at Belcanção will bring together “the aromatic spices of South India and the rich heritage of Macanese flavours”. More offers include those from Ohte, the “Spring Awakening Afternoon Tea” at Xiao Ting and the launch of the Australian Dinner Buffet at Belcanção, with highlights including indoor barbecue, the statement noted.
Meanwhile, the Yoga Studio will be hosting special sessions while The Spa will offer the “Ancient Indian Head Massage”, which the statement described as being “designed to release accumulated tension, restore systemic balance, and calm the soul”.
