A dog-friendly movie screening event will again be hosted by Lisboeta Macau H853 Fun Factory in Cotai, this time inviting dog lovers and their beloved pets to the cinema to watch “The Super Mario Galaxy Movie” on Sunday, April 26.
The initiative follows the first-ever dog-friendly movie screening event, also hosted by Lisboeta Macau, that took place on August 2025 for the American superhero film “Superman”, directed by James Gunn and starring David Corenswet in the titular role.
“The Super Mario Galaxy Movie” will be screened from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. on that day in Cantonese. It is co-organised with LAIKA and supported by Emperor Cinemas (Lisboeta Macau), according to a statement by Lisboeta Macau yesterday.
Meanwhile, the statement also noted that the “Our First Fluffy Date” package will be on offer at the BROWN & FRIENDS CAFÉ & BISTRO that on the screening day, the restaurant will set up a dedicated pet-friendly zone to allow dogs “to move around safely and freely while interacting with pet lovers”.
