Four locals have been arrested for allegedly using fake credit card information to purchase airline tickets and book hotel rooms online, a Judiciary Police (PJ) spokesperson said yesterday.
The four suspects – two males and two females – were apprehended on Tuesday.
According to the spokesperson, three of the suspects, surnamed Lao, Wong and Lau, are 21 years old while the fourth suspect, surnamed Lam, is 22 years old. Lao and Lam are a couple while Wong and Lau are lovers. The spokesperson said the two pairs knew each other.
