Veteran political activist Lee Kin Yun, commonly known as “Street Fighter”, who heads the Macau Democratic Action Association, submitted a list of registered voters’ signatures to the Legislative Assembly Electoral Affairs Committee (CAEAL) yesterday.
The direct and indirect legislative election will take place on September 17.
Speaking to reporters yesterday at the Public Administration Building in Rua do Campo, Lee said he would head the list, which has five candidates, adding that the candidates on his list would fight for universal suffrage for the elections of the chief executive and all legislators, if they are elected.
