The 2026 Guangdong & Macao Branded Products Fair (2026GMBF) is set to be held from August 6 to 9 at The Venetian Macao’s Cotai Expo, marking the event’s 18th anniversary and taking on the theme “New Opportunities in the Silver Economy, A New Chapter in Healthy Living”.
Gathering products from Guangdong, Macau and countries and regions along the Belt and Road (B&R), a statement by the Commerce and Investment Promotion Institute (IPIM) on Friday noted that, in line with the expo theme, this year’s four-day event features six fully upgraded core exhibition areas.
The core areas are, namely, the “Guangdong Branded Products Zone”, the “Macao Featured Products Zone”, the “‘Belt and Road’ Products Zone”, the “Smart Senior Wellness Experience Pavilion”, the “Healthy Living Zone”, and the “New Gourmet Tasting Zone”, the statement said.
Forums, business matching sessions and “special experiential sessions” will also be held as supporting activities towards the fair’s aim, the statement added.
Last year’s event drew more than 400 exhibitors, according to the statement, and recorded an attendance of over 100,000. Meanwhile, more than 400 business matching sessions were organised on-site, facilitating 23 cooperation agreements, the statement said.
The statement noted that the fair debuted in 2009 and has since “evolved from a product exhibition and sales platform into a comprehensive economic and trade event that integrates industry matching and business cooperation”.
