The WTT (World Table Tennis) Champions Macao 2026 presented by Galaxy Entertainment Group (GEG) is slated to take place at the Macao East Asia Games Dome from September 8 to 13, with the first round of tickets to be sold from 7 p.m. today.
According to a statement by the Sports Bureau (ID) yesterday, a total of 64 competitors comprising 32 male and 32 female players will by vying for top prizes in the men’s and women’s singles respectively.
The statement said that the round of 32 matches will be played on September 8 and 9, as well as during the first session on September 10.
The second session on September 10 will see the round of 16 matches, as well as on September 11. The quarter finals will take place on 12 September, while the semi-finals and the finals will be played on 13 September, according to the statement.
The event is organised by the bureau, WTT, GEG and the Macau Table Tennis General Association.
Tickets are priced between 210 patacas and 1,520 patacas, the statement said, with each person able to purchase up to six tickets per transaction. More details can be found on wttmacao.sport.gov.mo and worldtabletennis.com, along with the bureau’s related social media pages.
