Macau's ‘Felicidade Tipsy Weekend’ kicks off 2nd edition

The second edition of the “Felicidade Tipsy Weekend” kicked off its four-day run yesterday on Rua da Felicidade (福隆新街 – “Street of Bliss”), with the free-admission event again gathering a variety of bartenders and a lineup music acts for live performances.

The first edition was held in May this year, with 25 bartenders joining the event, which, according to a previous statement, drew close to 20,000 participants across three days. This time, the event features nearly 50 street booths, as well as almost 40 bartenders coming from Macau, the Chinese mainland, Hong Kong, and China’s Taiwan region.

The event is organised by the General Union of Neighbourhood Associations of Macau and its District Development Centre. The association is commonly known as Kai Fong in Cantonese.

This year’s music line-up, according to the event website, features acts from singers to DJs across Asia. Among the names are headliners Moon Tang and Sica, who are both from Hong Kong. Macau’s Elisa Chan and amanda are also in the line-up.

The event is open until Sunday from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
