The third edition of Studio City’s “Studio Creepy” will kick-off next Friday at the integrated resort in Cotai.
Launching ahead of Halloween, “Studio Creepy 3” will have participants take on the cinematic horror escape room challenges, while featuring film-inspired storytelling, special effects, character makeup, mechanical installations and interactive gameplay, according to a recent Studio City statement, inviting participants to solve the mystery behind the whereabouts of a serial killer’s final victim – by diving into his subconscious.
The event will be open from Friday to Sunday during its run, with three sessions daily from October 9 through November 22 from 4:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., with standard tickets priced at 144 patacas, the statement said.
This year’s programme also features Hong Kong special effects makeup artist Gary Chan, whose film credits include “Port of Call” and “Colony”, and his team to create the themed characters, according to the statement.
Meanwhile, the statement noted that there will be a variety of Halloween-themed dining offerings from October 24 to November 1, with food and drinks created by the resort’s culinary team set to bring a “spooky festive flair”, while special offers are also available at the Studio City Cinema by presenting a same-day Studio Creepy 3 ticket.
