The annual Macau Industrial Products Show will kick off at the Macau Fisherman’s Wharf Convention and Exhibition Centre tomorrow. This year’s fair will feature a “Super Hamburger Festival” for the first time.

The organiser – the Industrial Association of Macau – held a press conference on Monday at its headquarters in Nam Van district to announce details of the 12th Macau Industrial Products Show.

The four-day fair will be open from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. tomorrow, from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, and from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Sunday.

The organisation of the fair will be managed by MacExpo Exhibition.

According to the press conference, about 130 companies will join the fair across 172 booths set up in eight themed zones.

The “Super Hamburger Festival” for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA), which was launched last year, will be held in Macau for the first time as part of the 12th Macau Industrial Products Show.

The 11-member GBA consists of nine cities in Guangdong Province alongside the nation’s two special administrative regions of Hong Kong and Macau.

The GBA Super Hamburger Festival features burger brands from various GBA cities and other regions in the Chinese mainland. The festival was first held in Zhongshan in December last year, followed by editions in Shenzhen in March and May this year.

Admission to the 12th Macau Industrial Products Show is free. Those driving to the fair can benefit from three hours of free parking.
