SJM Resorts announced in a recent statement that Whisky Live & Fine Spirits Macau 2026 will return to Grand Lisboa Palace Resort Macau on November 27 and 28, featuring more than 500 kinds of whisky and fine spirits, 16 bars from across Asia, expert-led masterclasses, and MICHELIN-starred dining experiences.

The event, organised by SJM Resorts in conjunction with Whisky Magazine, will take place from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. on both days at The Grand Hall of Grand Lisboa Palace (GLP) in Cotai, the statement said, adding that the programme will bring together more than 80 international brands, alongside exclusive whisky bottling, cocktail showcases, and live entertainment.

The Asia Bar Show will feature 16 bars, including Seoul’s Alice Cheongdam, ranked No. 13 on Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2026, and Beijing’s TIAO, ranked No. 50, the statement noted, adding that other participants include Hong Kong’s Tell Camellia, Taipei’s Bar Mood, and Macau’s Wood House. MESA Bar at THE KARL LAGERFELD MACAU will represent Grand Lisboa Palace, the statement said.

Collectors will be able to discover an event-exclusive Ichiro’s Malt & Grain Single Cask Blended Whisky, limited to 232 bottles worldwide, the statement underlined. Finished in an Imperial Stout cask and matured in Japan’s Chichibu City, the whisky features notes of dark chocolate, roasted coffee, caramel malt, vanilla, and smoke, the statement added.

Masterclasses will feature international whisky figures, including Highland Park senior brand ambassador Martin Markvardsen and representatives from Japanese and Hong Kong distilleries, the statement said, noting that SJM’s culinary offerings will include gourmet booths, a VIP Lounge with rare spirits and refreshments, and whisky-pairing dinners at Palace Garden and Don Alfonso 1890 on November 27 and 28, respectively.
