“Y Show”, an art graduate exhibition being held in Macau, provides a platform for local young artists to meet more people in the art industry, Sabrina Ho Chiu Yeng, the exhibition’s organiser, said yesterday.

Speaking to reporters on the sidelines of the opening ceremony of Y Show, an exhibition at Regency Art Hotel in Taipa showcasing artwork created by art graduates, Ho, Chiu Yeng Culture Limited’s founder, said she expected more overseas design companies than previously to join a guided tour of the exhibition organised for them. She did not say when the tour will take place.

The exhibition title’s “Y” stands both for “young” and “why,” according to the organiser.
