A special dinner menu with wine pairing options, taking guests on a culinary journey in the south-west of France, is currently available at Parisian Macau’s Brasserie restaurant.
Brasserie French Executive Chef Daniel Brolese, a native of the region, designed the menu that features some of the timeless favourites such as foiegras terrine and confit de canard, truffles, Armagnac, slow-cooked cassoulet and Arcachon oysters.
A similar climate and grape varieties means the region’s wines are regarded as on a par with those of Bordeaux, and the promotion also features a selection of whites, reds and a dessert wine from South West France producers, available by the glass or bottle.
