A construction site supervisor facing trial for a fatal accident at the construction site of a hotel resort project in Cotai in June was transferred to the Public Prosecution Office (MP) yesterday, Judiciary Police (PJ) spokesman Chan Cho Man said.
According to Chan, the supervisor is a 57-year-old local man, surnamed Kwan, while the fatality was a technician who installed the air conditioning ducts.
Chan did not identify the project.
Chan said the technician from the mainland died on June 18 after falling from a height of eight to 10 metres at the construction site in Cotai.
