Galaxy Macau will be hosting a charity dinner with Le Club des Chefs des Chefs on Sunday, with five of the club’s elite chefs – who are currently or have previously been personal chefs to heads of state – designing the menu with the integrated resort’s award-winning chefs.

Known as the world’s most exclusive gastronomic society, Le Club des Chefs des Chefs is an elite club whose members are currently the personal chefs of heads of state. Their event with Galaxy Macau therefore has been titled “Le Club des Chefs de Chefs – Culinary Affairs of State”.

A media preview took place at Galaxy Macau yesterday, where Le Club Des Chefs des Chefs Founder Gilles Bragard explained that the society aims to promote major culinary traditions, protect the origins of each national cuisine, and at the same time develop friendship and cooperation between its members, who have similar responsibilities in their respective countries.

Bragard introduced the elite chefs taking part in the event: Fabrizio Boca, Executive Chef at the Palace of the Italian President; Christian Garcia, Executive Chef to Prince Albert of Monaco; Julien Dugourd, Chef Pâtissier at the Chateau de la Chévre d’Or à Eze, Monaco; Jerome Rigaud, Executive Chef to the President of The Russia Federation; and Hu Tao Sheng, Former Banqueting Executive Chef at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing.
