Macau Social Services Centre Chief Supervisor Hetzer Siu Yu Hong said yesterday that gaming operators should have a clear policy to “protect” their employees from addictive gambling.

The centre is a non-profit initiative set up by lawmaker-cum-SJM Executive Director Angela Leong On Kei.

In an interview with reporters, Siu made the remarks during the centre’s annual activity against problem gambling at the Macau Federation of Trade Unions Stadium near the Barrier Gate.
