Executive Council spokesman Leong Heng Teng said yesterday that the advisory body has completed its discussion of amendments to a by-law regulating cross-border road transport.
The government-drafted changes to the by-law give the green light to the provision of cross-border pre-booked light passenger vehicle passenger services, according to Leong.
The council chaired by the chief executive is the government’s top advisory body.
