Melco will open two restaurants and a bar at the company’s Morpheus Hotel as part of a collaboration with acclaimed chef Alain Ducasse.
During a press conference earlier this week, it was announced that the two restaurants – one contemporary and one fine-dining – and the bar will be at Morpheus Hotel set to open in May next year, with a floor dedicated to Ducasse, with the design, furniture and even the toilets and taps are approved by the chef himself.
“I control everything,” Ducasse smiled, as he briefed the media about his new project at Morpheus Hotel, located in Melco’s City of Dreams casino-hotel integrated resort in Cotai.
