The Judiciary Police (PJ) arrested a woman from Hong Kong on Saturday for stealing a mainland woman’s possessions from a hotel room, PJ spokesman Ho Chan Nam said during a special press conference yesterday.
Ho identified the suspect as a 35-year-old surnamed Chan.
According to Ho, the victim came to Macau to gamble on September 7 and stayed in a gaming-hotel-resort in Cotai. The victim, who had previously met Chan, a fellow gambler, in the casino of the resort, hooked up with her again.
