A woman is believed to have fallen to her death from Big Taipa Hill near Estrada Governador Nobre Carvalho yesterday morning, according to a statement by Judiciary Police (PJ) spokesman Tam Weng Keong.
According to the statement, the incident was heard by staff members of power utility CEM, who were working at the company’s godown at the foot of the hill. At about 9:15 a.m. they heard a noise like an object falling, and immediately rushed to the scene.
Having discovered that there was a person lying between the warehouse fence and the hill, the staff called the police for help.
