Macau and Guangdong signed in Zhuhai on Monday a cooperation agreement on the emergency management of nuclear accidents in the neighbouring province, the Macau Unitary Police Service (SPU) announced yesterday.
The pact was signed by SPU Commissioner General Ma Io Kun and Lu Xiulu, head of the office of Guangdong’s nuclear emergency management commission and director of the province’s environmental protection department.
Secretary for Security Wong Sio Chak witnessed the signing ceremony.
