A local woman was arrested yesterday for stealing from a supermarket in Taipa where she works, Public Security Police (PSP) spokeswoman Lai In Hong said during a regular press conference.
Lai identified the suspect as a woman in her fifties, surnamed Tam who worked as a shelf filler in the supermarket.
Lai said that in the early morning hours yesterday the police received a report about a suspected theft from the owner of a supermarket.
