The Judiciary Police (PJ) arrested three men from Malaysia on Tuesday for using bogus credit cards which they created with a Bluetooth Magnetic Card Writer in Macau, PJ spokesman Ho Chan Nam said yesterday during a special press conference at the PJ headquarters in Zape.

According to Ho, the suspects are a 26-year-old surnamed How, a 22-year-old surnamed Lai, and 21-year-old surnamed Kam. How claimed to be a worker while the other two claimed to be unemployed.

How, Lai, and Kam are suspected members of a counterfeit credit card gang in Malaysia, Ho said. The trio were paid 10 percent of the total retail value of the goods they bought with the cards.
