Sands China says that it is raising its salaries from March 1, benefitting some 99 percent of the company’s total employment.
The US gaming operator also said in a statement on Friday that is will pay a discretionary bonus to all eligible full-time staff on February 13, three days before the start of the Lunar New Year of the Dog, “to reward their contributions toward the company’s ongoing success and achievements.”
Full-time employees of eligible grades earning monthly salaries less than or equal to 12,000 patacas before tax will receive a pay rise of 600 patacas, resulting in a salary increase of 5 percent or more, the statement said,
