A local man died after jumping into the peninsula’s reservoir in Zape yesterday, according to a statement by the Judiciary Police (PJ).
The statement said that at around 12:23 p.m. yesterday a jogger at the reservoir saw a man climbing the barrier and jumping into the water, upon which he immediately called the police for help.
The Fire Services Bureau (CB) and Custom Services immediately sent firemen and frogmen to the scene.
