Dynasty 8 peps up Chinese New Year dishes

Dynasty 8 restaurant in Conrad is pepping up some classic dishes for Chinese New Year.

The Chinese New Year meal, available from February 15 to 25, features nine dishes, some of which are pepped up to give the classic dishes more layers of flavours.

These dishes include a platter of classic suckling pig and roasted duck, but instead of the usual Hoi Sin sauce and white bread to accompany the suckling pig and plum sauce for the duck, the culinary team has paired it with a fresh sea whelk marinated in wasabi flavoured dressing.
