Macau Government Tourism Bureau (MGTO) chief advisor Cecilia Tse Heng Sai, who was formerly appointed Cultural Affairs Bureau (IC) president, has been granted two years of unpaid leave starting from June 14.

Tse was previously MGTO deputy director before she was appointed IC president at the end of last year. Tse resigned from the position after working there for just over a month, due to health issues.
